If you believe that your device is defective or that it needs calibration, a system update or reconfiguration, it is in any case necessary to first contact our hotline.
The hotline will provide you with an RMA number. Equipment sent to us without an RMA number cannot be processed and the time required for the servicing is unnecessarily increased due to extra office work.
If your device is sent in for repair, calibration or system expansion, most likely you want it to be performed as quickly as possible. For this purpose, it is necessary that you supply us with the appropriate information.
